Connection help, record questions, subscription support, and feedback.

Contact Dusted

Email is the primary support channel. Include the governing body and member number for record issues. For subscription problems, include the Support ID shown in Dusted under Settings, then Dusted Pro. Do not email passwords or payment-card details.

A record will not connect

Confirm that the selected governing body and member number match. Dusted does not use the password for a governing-body account. A source-unavailable message usually means the public site could not be reached; the cached record remains available when Dusted has one.

The public record is wrong

First check the record on the governing body's official website. If the source is wrong, that organization must make the official correction. If the source is correct but Dusted differs, email the governing body, member number, and the screen that appears wrong.

Restore Dusted Pro

Open Settings, choose Dusted Pro, and tap Restore Purchases. Confirm that the device uses the Apple Account that originally purchased the subscription. Subscription management and cancellation are available from the same screen when Apple supplies a management link.

Report a privacy concern

Email support@getdusted.app with the subject "Dusted Privacy Request." Describe the information or cached public record involved. The Privacy Policy explains how Dusted handles records and technical data.

Suggest an improvement

Dusted is built for the details shooters actually care about. Send the discipline, governing body, and career question you wish the app answered. Specific examples are especially useful.
